Our Expert Team
With over 40 years of combined experience, your business is in the best of hands.

Andrew Spieler is a filmmaker, photographer, and creative entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in visual storytelling across film, television, commercial production, and branded content. His career began in filmmaking, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Directing from the prestigious SUNY Purchase Film Conservatory before continuing his education at the renowned American Film Institute Conservatory, where he earned a Master of Fine Arts in Directing.
Following graduation, Andrew spent the next 15 years in Los Angeles working throughout the entertainment industry on independent feature films, television productions, national commercials, and branded content campaigns. During that time, he collaborated with creative teams and marketing departments producing content for major brands and organizations including Amazon Prime Video, Universal Studios, Chase Bank, and Capital One. His work spanned directing, producing, and production management, helping brands connect with audiences through compelling visual narratives and strategic storytelling.
After returning home to New England, Andrew combined his filmmaking background with his passion for entrepreneurship and launched Andrew Spieler Photography, specializing in real estate and commercial media production. As demand grew, he expanded operations by opening a dedicated media studio in Bedford, New Hampshire, creating a space where businesses, entrepreneurs, and real estate professionals could develop high-quality visual content and strengthen their brands.
Recognizing a growing need for strategic marketing solutions that extended beyond content creation alone, Andrew partnered with Ben Pollack and Cam Babine to co-found FAIL/SAFE MEDIA. As Co-Founder, Andrew leads the company’s creative vision and production division, overseeing photography, video production, podcasting, branding assets, and content development. Drawing on his background in Hollywood filmmaking and commercial storytelling, he helps clients transform ideas into marketing assets that not only look exceptional but drive meaningful business growth.
Today, Andrew combines cinematic storytelling, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial experience to help businesses stand out in increasingly competitive markets. Whether producing a feature-quality brand video, crafting a real estate marketing campaign, or developing long-term content strategies, he remains committed to one core belief: great storytelling builds trust, and trust builds lasting relationships.

Ben Pollack is a marketing strategist, entrepreneur, and business growth advisor with a background that spans digital media, content production, and paid advertising. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Marketing and Business Analytics, Ben has spent his career at the intersection of creative storytelling and measurable business results.
Ben began his professional career in Boston, working as a social media coordinator and digital media buying associate. When the pandemic disrupted the industry in 2020, he used the moment as a catalyst rather than a setback. He taught himself videography and filmmaking from the ground up, launching Filmmaker Brunch to produce music videos and wedding content before quickly evolving that work into a full production company, VIBE Film Co. During that period, he directed and produced commercial content for notable organizations including a national commercial for a Mattress Firm subsidiary, as well as documentary projects for mission-driven organizations.
It was during his time at VIBE that Ben identified a gap his creative work could not close on its own: clients needed their content to actually produce business results, not just look exceptional. Determined to deliver outcomes rather than assets, he invested in mentorship that fundamentally changed his approach to business. Within three months, his revenue had grown significantly and he was helping clients achieve measurable results. That experience reshaped his professional identity. He transitioned from production-first operator to marketing strategist, building a paid advertising agency focused on the home services and professional services industries. Working with brands like Udderly Gutters, Universal Windows Direct, Innovative Psychiatry Center of New Hampshire, and a range of other growth-stage local businesses, Ben developed a framework built on research, data, and disciplined execution.
Recognizing the opportunity to build something larger, Ben partnered with Andrew Spieler and Cam Babine to co-found FAIL/SAFE MEDIA in January 2026, merging three independently established businesses into a full-service marketing agency headquartered in Bedford, New Hampshire. As Co-Founder, Ben leads the company's sales strategy and paid advertising division, serving as the primary architect of client growth programs. He oversees paid media on Meta and other platforms, manages the agency's sales process, and functions as the strategic voice clients rely on when the path forward is unclear.
Today, Ben works with established service business owners who have built strong companies through reputation and referrals but are ready to grow beyond what word of mouth can deliver. He brings a direct, research-driven perspective to every engagement and a genuine commitment to the client relationship, particularly when results demand a pivot. He operates from one core conviction: real growth requires real risk, but the right guide eliminates the guesswork and shortens the path to clarity.

Cam Babine's path to building one of New England's most dynamic content marketing agencies didn't follow a straight line, and that's exactly what makes him different.
After studying business at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Cam learned what actually matters in the real world: people. His early career took him from retail management at Champs Sports to sales at Staples, before landing at Granite Telecommunications as an account manager where something clicked. He discovered he had a rare ability to understand people, build relationships, and create trust after the sale. It wasn't just selling. It was connecting.
But his most formative chapter came when, almost as a joke, he launched a sports media page called Daily Sports Dosage. What started as an aggregator quietly became something no one saw coming. Through relentless consistency, posting every single day for five years, sometimes seven times a day, and an obsessive understanding of data and pattern recognition, Cam built an audience of over one million followers averaging 30 million views a month across every major platform. During COVID, while most creators were still betting on a single channel, he had already cracked the multichannel playbook.
Then came the moment that changed everything. A sponsor reached out, not about the page, but with a different question: can you help me grow my business? That was it. Cam realized that social media leverage without a business attached to it was just noise. He practiced what he preached, built a six-figure company from organic media alone, and never looked back.
That experience led him to co-found FAIL/SAFE MEDIA alongside Andrew Spieler and Ben Pollack. Together, they built something the market was missing: an agency that actually diagnoses before it prescribes. While most local marketing companies sell one solution to every client, FAIL/SAFE MEDIA operates more like a fiduciary, identifying what a business actually needs, not what generates the biggest invoice. It's a philosophy built around one metric that most agencies ignore: how long clients stay.
As Co-Founder, Cam leads FAIL/SAFE MEDIA's organic content strategy and creative direction, bringing an understanding of human psychology and content behavior that is genuinely rare. He doesn't just understand what performs, he understands why. Outside the office, Cam is devoted to his growing family, fiercely competitive on the golf course, and still watches more sports than any agency founder probably should.
